Michael Todd LP, maker of the Soniclear antimicrobial sonic skin cleansing system, has announced that it has entered into a definitive final agreement to settle a complaint in court – and will continue to sell its sonic skin cleansing device and brushes.

The complaint was brought against Michael Todd by Pacific Bioscience Laboratories, before the International Trade Commission and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

The settlement will result in Michael Todd continuing to sell sonic skin cleansing devices, brushes and chargers, as both parties will file joint motions to terminate the ITC investigation. All claims against Michael Todd in the District Court Action will be dismissed.
